We had visited Lake Como over the years and kept coming back! The beauty and culture is unparalleled.....finally deciding to purchase a property as we approach retirement age. We cannot express enough how fortunate we were to run into Hanna and Pietro! From the beginning, Pietro was instrumental in showing all areas of the lake and being objective of the pros and cons of each area.
Once we decided on an area (Blevio), Hanna helped us every step of the way with the logistics of purchasing the property, helping us through the appropriate inspections and navigating the closing process (including all translations!) They both were readily available to answer any questions even from negotiating the process from the US.
