Despite the common notion about Lake Como property market being for millionaires only, here you can find apartments and houses for all budgets,  enjoying the same wonderful view of the lake.

Griante is a small town in the central part of Lake Como, famous for its breathtaking lakeshore  with ancient villas. There are many paths, among which the most popular is named after Konrad Adenauer.

Here you can buy an apartment of 50 square meters  200 meters far from the lake, in a building of the '80s, at the sale price  of € 90.000. Ideal for relaxing on the lake.

Tremezzo is one of the most famous places of the lake. Villa Carlotta, with its famous park, is a great tourists’ attraction.
