Tremezzo village is located in the central part of the western shore of Lake Como. Here is the most famous villa on the lake Villa Carlotta, museum and botanical garden. Tremezzo is known for its pedestrian street along the lake, parks, villas, and between the hills there is one of the most ancient villages of Italy - Rogaro village.
The village is ideally located on the sunny side of the lake and differs of its soft climate, which is sometimes compared with the Mediterranean climate.
Since January 21, 2014 it is included in the municipality of Tremezzina along with other small villages Mezzegra, Lenno and Ossuccio.

Infrastructures.
In Tremezzo there is a stop for the fast boats that are called “aliscafo” or more lenses and tourist boats “battelli”. You can easily get to Como city them. Or you can also take the C10 bus, arrival time about 40 minutes in both cases. There are a mini market, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, clothing stores in Tremezzo.
